FX and SX Cranes
These cranes from ACE come in 12 tonne, 14 tonne and 16 tonne lift capacities.

Features
These cranes use industrial driveline from trucks resulting improved gear shifting, more operator comfort and higher speeds.

The cabin is in the front and at a lower height; excellent all- round visibility; operator moves with load providing safer operation.

Overall machine height is much less as compared to present machines resulting lower CG and hence, improved stability and very low chances of machine toppling. Less structural parts known as front and rear frame which are joined by pins having self-aligning bearings provide flexibility in structure.

Rear frame is connected to the axle through leaf springs which act as a suspension and provides jerk-free ride.

Luff cylinders are positioned in a way that the cylinders move away from load when the boom is lifted. Wheel steering is standard. Covered tool box is additionally provided.

These stable, safer and fast moving cranes have higher productivity and lower downtime.

The crane kinematics has been designed in such a way that the operating pressures are lower.

The engine, driveline and other parts used are of standard trucks, resulting in easy availability of spare parts and minimum downtime. Rear view camera is a standard feature.

Provision of mounting proximity sensors warns operator of any foreign object coming in close proximity of crane.
