ConMechAuto Consultant India Pvt Ltd recently opened a new test bed at its factory in Cherlapally. Inauguration of the newly installed test bed was done by PR Swaroop, Director General, CIDC. The test bed has been created as one more initiative towards delivering a better product. CMAC has so far supplied about 1,200 machines of various types such as passenger and material hoist, multifunctional hoist, suspended rope platforms etc, to the construction infrastructure.

With the new initiative of the test bed, CMAC plans to do a thorough inspection and call the client also to have a look at his equipment before delivery. This would enhance the life of the machine and would ensure minimum downtime which means good productivity and profit to the owners. CMAC has created this facility to test: Passenger and material hoist up to 2.5 tonne and speeds up to 60 mpm; Multi-functional hoist (wire rope up to 1.5 tonne); Monkey hoists upto 500 kg; Suspended rope platform up to 1.2 tonne; and Self-climbing platform up to 2 tonne.
