It's a composite product which has the property of a metal, and it will really change the way roads and railroads are being built. </p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Demand drivers in 2019:</span> Infrastructure, roads and railroads, and warehouse sectors would really drive the demand in 2019. MtandT, as a whole, is present in every construction segment. By the end of the current financial, we should grow by almost 100 per cent. We are looking at similar growth in the next year too.</p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Announcement contributing to the company's growth in 2018:</span> Our strength has always been people, and therefore, we have invested in people. I have retired from my regular activity and handed over the reins of the company to professionals and that¦s really paying dividends now. So the new Managing Director Pradeep is leading the company and we also have a new CFO joining us soon. </p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Challenge for the company in 2019:</span> The challenge is to keep up with the demands of our customers. We see India as the place to be in today. It is the country where all the growth is going to happen for the next 10 years and to meet this demand is going to be the biggest challenge. </p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Key strategy to success in 2019: </span>Along with understanding customers, giving products that are safe and reduce cost, being efficient and safety measures are the key things that will always keep us ahead of everybody. </p>
