Ultra was incorporated in 1993 as a consultancy organisation for lubricating oil industry. Foreseeing the demand for quality manufacturers of lubes for new generation vehicles catering to the MNC?s quality standards, the company set up state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Navi Mumbai. Ultra-Group has two modern well-equipped ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certified lube blending plants with a total capacity of 160,000 kl per annum which is one of the highest capacities for toll blenders.

Ultra-Group consists of the following business facilities:

• Ultra Plus Lubes Pvt Ltd - Manufacturing of lubricants and coolants for lubricant companies
• West Coast Lubricants & Asphalts Pvt Ltd - Manufacturing of private label lubricants
• Ultra Labs - Condition monitoring of oil samples

For the past 10 years, Ultra has been extending services to help diagnose the internal condition of oil-wetted components and to provide valuable information about lubricants serviceability through in-house NABL accredited laboratory. It has everything that one would expect from a leading manufacturer of lubricants: Sophisticated testing procedures, technical expertise, extensive database and responsive online software.With such vast experience in oil field and constant innovation through use of technology, Ultra Labs has now spread its presence to major mining and automotive OEMs.
