But naturally, we also foresee an upward trend in the sales of construction equipment, as the market is expected to grow at a record high in the next 2-3 years, driven by the government's focus on infrastructure development. With the government looking at investing in smart cities as well as developing infrastructure projects such as highways, waterways, railways and airports, experts expect growth in the sector to gain further momentum in the next 3-5 years. We see Excon as a great opportunity to meet our existing and potential customers to talk about our new generation products and offerings. </p><p> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Showcasing innovation</span><br />Although we do not plan to launch any product specifically at Excon this year, we will focus on our latest intelligent series (fully automated and fuel efficient) drill rigs, automated drilling jumbos, automated loaders and worlds-class after-sales service. We will also share various case studies where satisfied customers from around the world and India, have corroborated how Sandvik as a solution provider has enabled them to make their operation more reliable, cost efficient, safe and productive.</p><p> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Expectations</span><br />Sandvik is a global organisation having presence in over 135 countries and has been in business for over 150 years. A major player in mining and construction equipment business, we have been participating on several occasions at Excon over the past decade.</p><p>We have been growing significantly over the last three years, at a double-digit CAGR. Our outlook is thus quite positive and we will continue to gain share in this domain. </p>
